Electrofish is right, start up some conversation with the girl. Nothing personal, just small-talk, yet interesting small-talk (ie. Don't start yammering on about Guild Wars

). Be sure to make her laugh, I can't talk for every girl, but it's true. We generally do like humour.

There was a guy who did something similar in my weekly course, I got a feeling he liked me, so we went for a walk after the class and he asked for my email. I then proceeded to ask him out on a mini-date to a... Pub (Heh XD), and we continued to go out on small dates with some of my friends, until he finally asked me out, and we've been going out for over two months now.

Hell, I got him into Guild Wars, he even asked for a pricecheck here a couple of nights ago.

Point is, if your advancements are subtle enough and aren't too intimidating, she may or may not reciprocate by making the next advancement.

It is harder doing so in High School it seems, due to existing cliques and the fact that the girl you like will most probably be surrounded by friends. If I were to be honest, it was easier for my boyfriend to get me interested as he was also the youngest in our class (18 - 50 in that course), and I wasn't in familiar territory, or surrounded by close friends I knew in High School.

So, I can't guarantee she'll pick you as a boyfriend over a friend, but yeah. Small-talk.

Oh, and don't rush it either.

You forgot one, if she says the words "I really like you as a friend" Give up, stop trying, and just loosen up a bit more around her. You never know she may fall for you later when she gets to know you as a friend more.

And if I give anymore advice on this or If I make something that even sounds remotely like I'm in a bad mood, do not trust my advice. I'm the kinda person who will type in an answer that is a sure thing to get you slapped in the face (or in my case hit with a baseball bat...moan) just to make life seem more enjoyable.

First and foremost, ask her about her hobbies and stuff. Get her to start talking first. Girls/women don't like it when all you do is talk about your awesomeness. This sorta thing is a two-way thing. Although, usually, it's about 80% them talking, and about 10% you talking, and the last 10% of you being bored, but the need to look interested.

And asking on guru about dating isn't the best thing to do mate. Talk with your parents. Seriously. You may not like the idea, but they were once teens too. They had to do the exact same thing you are now doing.

Depends on what kind of girl you're getting. If it's a Guild Wars girl then:

Fact #1: Girls are better at monking than boys.

Fact #2: Girls play monk most, then necro, then ele/mes, then ranger/rit.

Fact #3: To score with the most GW girls, do what monks love.

Fact #4: Monks love it when their midline bsurges the warrior that has been training them or diverts the diversion/shame/pleak.

Fact #5: Monks love it even more when you kill something and the +40 Faction/+15 Experience text flashes.

Fact #6: To score with GW girls that play monk, bsurge warriors, divert mesmers, or kill stuff.

Easy amirite?

*You're going to have to find a pve girl if you're a pve type guy though T_T

That's funny because I play monk the most.

Um, asking people in the GW community may not be the best place. After I've seen the way some people treat girls in game, /report will = slap across the face IRL.
